We understand their short-term, mid-term and long-term goals. We align ourselves to meet these objectives and make necessary investments in infrastructure and resources.
Collaborate
The next step is collaborating with our customer. This is the execution phase – where the projects, assignments are executed with close collaboration with our customers. We believe that close collaboration with customer during the execution phase is also vital in ensuring that end result meets all the stakeholder’s expectation. It is done via well defined processes, methodology and reporting structure. Daily, weekly and monthly status reports are sent as desired. Separate executive reports are sent periodically to the executive management. Review meetings, sign-off meetings for key milestones are organized. All this is done in the most non-intrusive and non-disruptive manner to make sure our customers don’t expend effort and time where it is not required. The entire process is carried under our unique methodology CREDO™.
Coalesce
The ultimate stage is where we coalesce with our partners. We become a seamless, organic extension of the customer’s organization. The two organizations work in tandem creating a mutually beneficial, long term relationship. |
