NetWeb’s research and development operations are located in India.  Our 125-seat R&D center is located in the city of Vadodara – known for its university and concentration of manufacturing and service industries.

Our operations run on state-of-the-art equipments.  We have latest workstations, high end servers and network devices.  A dedicated high speed optic fiber internet leased line provides 24*7 internet connectivity.  Our facility is equipped with multiple conference rooms, library, cafeteria and recreational facilities to create a highly vibrant and efficient working environment.

Business continuity
Business continuity and security are of prime importance to us.  The offshore facility is equipped to render uninterrupted services to our clients.  We have power backups that allow us to continue working even in rare cases of power failure.  We have redundant internet leased lines.  Our system administrators are responsible for maintaining equipments, network and data backups.  We also have an alternate, geographically remote, secure vault for storing data backups for disaster recovery purposes.

Security
We have stringent security polices for server & internet access.  We have sophisticated firewall and VPN connections to ensure safeguarding of customer data.  Media of any type is strictly not permitted in the office.  All employees sign a non-disclosure agreement when they are employed.  Manned security personnel guard the facility 24*7.

Customer executives routinely visit the offshore NetWeb location for inspection of facilities and infrastructure, verification of resource capabilities, identification of training requirements and exploration of additional opportunities.
