NetWeb Picnic Day: A Day Filled with Fun, Family & Togetherness

Our one-day outing at Camp Dilly near Borsad, Gujarat was a refreshing and joyful experience for everyone. Surrounded by greenery and a vibrant atmosphere, the day felt like a perfect break from routine — made even more special by the presence of our families and kids.

The team enthusiastically participated in adventure activities like Sky Walk, Burma Bridge, Zip Line, Climbing Walk, and more, bringing out teamwork, laughter, and a fun competitive spirit. There was something for everyone. Many of us tried pottery, archery, dart games, and indoor activities like chess and table tennis. Sports lovers enjoyed cheering during volleyball matches and other games.

The swimming pool area was a major highlight — especially for the kids! To add to the fun, ice cream was served near the pool, and there was a delightful variety of candies that both kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed.

Before the high-tea break, we also played team bonding games which were real fun.

Delicious food, relaxed conversations, and seamless arrangements by the venue staff made the experience even better.

The picnic was more than just a day of fun — it beautifully reflected our spirit of togetherness, collaboration, and celebrating every milestone as one big family. We don’t just work as a team; we grow together and create lasting memories along the way. We look forward to many more such celebrations!

Republic Day Celebration: A Moment of Unity, Culture, and Shared Values

Republic Day represents democratic values, unity, and collective progress. To commemorate the 77th Republic Day of India, teams across our offices came together to celebrate a day centered on cultural appreciation, collaboration, and shared values.

Team members embraced the occasion by wearing culture-inspired attire and showcasing the vibrant hues of the Tricolor. The visual celebration reflected diversity, creativity, and the spirit of unity that defines a globally connected organization.

A key highlight of the event was the interactive “Hunt for Hindustan” activity, designed to encourage teamwork, curiosity, and problem-solving. Participants enjoyed exploring clues inspired by heritage and values, creating an engaging and memorable experience.

NetWeb Premier League 2025–26: A Celebration of Team Spirit

Great work by the Sports Committee, and heartfelt thanks to all the participants for your enthusiastic involvement in the NetWeb Premier League 2025–26.

We witnessed two incredible days of cricket, sportsmanship, and unity. All four teams—NetWeb Challengers, NetWeb Titans, NetWeb Knight Riders, and NetWeb Super Kings—displayed outstanding skill, teamwork, and competitive spirit, making every match exciting and memorable.

Congratulations to NetWeb Super Kings for lifting the trophy with a truly deserving win and a remarkable performance throughout the tournament.

Beyond the results, the real victory belongs to all NetWebians, for the unity, encouragement, and sportsmanship shown throughout the tournament.

Navratri at Vadodara Office

At the Vadodara office, colleagues along with their families and kids joined in the festivities with enthusiasm. Dressed in colorful attire, everyone danced together, filling the evening with joy and laughter. The vibrant Garba circles reflected harmony and collaboration—qualities that mirror the way we innovate, grow, and succeed as a team.

Bathukamma at Hyderabad Office

Bathukamma, Telangana’s floral festival, celebrates nature, prosperity, and gratitude. Seasonal flowers are arranged in layered patterns, creating stunning displays that symbolize the beauty of life and renewal. At the Hyderabad office, the celebration featured creativity, cultural songs, and active participation from both team members and their families. The warmth of children’s presence added a special charm, making it a truly memorable occasion. It served as a reminder of balance, sustainability, and the joy of shared traditions.

Independence Day Celebration 2025

On 14th August 2025, the eve of India’s 79th Independence Day, NetWebians gathered to celebrate not just freedom, but also the values of unity, collaboration, and resilience that shape our journey.

The evening began with the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with pride and togetherness. This was followed by “Azaadi Ki Dhun” a spirited Antakshari that celebrated our heritage through patriotic songs, iconic dialogues, and stories of the great heroes of our freedom struggle. Every round brought energy, creativity, and teamwork to life. Adding vibrance to the evening, colleagues came dressed in the hues of the tricolor, reflecting our shared bond as one team.

As conversations and refreshments closed the evening, one thing was clear at NetWeb, we carry the same spirit of unity and purpose that continues to drive our innovation and growth.

Celebrating Three Years of Wellness: NetWeb Marks International Yoga Day 2025 with Spiral Surya Namaskar

As part of NetWeb’s ongoing commitment to holistic well-being, we proudly celebrated International Yoga Day 2025 on 29th June, marking our third consecutive year of embracing yoga as a cornerstone of workplace wellness.

This year, in collaboration with the S N Foundation, we introduced a dynamic and inclusive practice: Spiral Surya Namaskar. This innovative form of yoga brought a circular, rhythmic dimension to the traditional flow, focusing on enhanced energy circulation, improved alignment, and deeper inner balance.

What made this session truly special was its accessibility. Participants joined from various locations—onsite and virtually—and followed the sequence either standing or seated. This reinforced a powerful message: wellness is for everyone.

Our Evolving Yoga Journey:
