The recent Delhi batch launch was an inspiring event where students from marginalized communities shared their stories and aspirations. Through our skilling program, these students are acquiring in-demand tech skills such as Python and Data Analytics, along with essential employability skills, preparing them for successful careers.

International Yoga Day: United for a Healthier Tomorrow – Refresh, Rejuvenate, Rejoice!

On June 20th, NetWebians united to celebrate 10th International Yoga Day by performing Maha Samavesha 108 Surya Namaskar with vibrant energy in an event organized by the dynamic 108 SN Team. Held in Vadodara and extended virtually, the event welcomed participants from various locations, creating a truly inclusive and holistic celebration.

In the lead-up to this grand event, the 108 SN Team facilitated a 20-day virtual yoga practice for NetWebians. This initiative not only prepared participants physically but also deepened their connection to the principles of yoga, fostering a sense of mindfulness and wellness.

The celebration brought NetWebians together to embrace the physical and mental benefits of yoga. The event featured various yoga sessions designed to rejuvenate both body and mind, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and community spirit.

Beyond the physical exercises, the event nurtured a sense of unity and camaraderie among colleagues. It was not just about performing yoga poses but also about sharing moments of tranquility and harmony, providing a much-needed respite from our often hectic lives.

Lots of colors, lively music, dance, food and tons of fun is how we celebrated Holi. With everyone getting together and splashing colors of happiness and love around each other and posing for some stylish group pictures with creative Holi props, the celebration was as memorable and joyous as all celebrities at NetWeb.

International Women’s Day 2024 – Inspired Inclusion

On this Women’s Day, a big shoutout and thanks to all the wonderful women at NetWeb and beyond who continue to inspire us all. This year’s theme of “Inspired Inclusion” has always been an integral part of NetWeb’s ethos.

The celebrations of Women’s Day happened over a lunch by all the women colleagues bonding together over lunch over varied conversation topics and sharing insights and experiences on successfully navigating present day work-life dynamics.

All our dear women colleagues were given a small surprise with a box of chocolates and a gift as our token of appreciation for them and their families. NetWeb thanks all of you for your contributions and together we will continue to grow and continue fostering an environment of inclusivity, diversity and equal opportunities.

NetWeb Premier League 2023 – 2024

The NetWeb Premier League (NPL 23-24) concluded with a thrilling final match on February 17th, 2024.

This season of the NPL witnessed remarkable enthusiasm, marked by record participation from all team members. The competition featured four teams – Super Kings, Fierce Fighters, Lions, and Sultans – engaging in thrilling matches filled with nail-biting moments and exceptional performances by the players.

We are thrilled to announce that the NetWeb Super Kings have emerged victorious as the new champions of the NetWeb Premier League. Congratulations to every member of the winning team for their outstanding performance and determination throughout the tournament.

A special commendation goes out to Team NetWeb Sultans for their commendable effort, securing the runner-up position after an intense battle in the finale. Your resilience and sportsmanship have truly shone on the field.

Badminton League 2023

NetWeb embraced the spirit of Diwali with two days filled with color, tradition, and joyous celebrations. The festivities kicked off on Wednesday, November 8th, with the unveiling of a stunning Rangoli design. The intricate outline was ready, inviting everyone to add their vibrant touch. Laughter, creativity, and a splash of hues adorned the Rangoli, symbolizing the diversity and unity within the NetWebians.

The Badminton League, held recently, was a resounding success, attracting an enthusiastic group of participants. It was a platform for everyone, especially the badminton enthusiasts to showcase their skills on the court. The atmosphere was charged with excitement as players engaged in friendly yet competitive matches, fostering a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship.

The success of the event can be attributed to the meticulous planning and execution by the dedicated Sports Team. Participants lauded the initiative, expressing their appreciation for the opportunity to engage in a healthy and active competition along with lot of fun at a professional sports arena.

It was not just a competitive sports event, but more an event for the NetWeb family to meet, have fun and engage in recreative sports.

A big cheer and shout out to all the participants, organizers and everyone who helped in making this a memorable and fun day. Congratulations to the deserving winners who kept their cool, displayed the best of their badminton talent and kept winning all their matches to emerge as the champions.

Navratri & Dussehra 2023 Celebration

NetWeb celebrated a culturally enriching evening on the night of Friday, October 20th, as families and friends gathered to embrace the rich traditions and vibrant culture of the Navratri Dance festival of Gujarat. The event was a resplendent showcase of the region’s unique Garba dance style, brimming with energy and style.

NetWeb’s celebration served as a reminder of the significance of preserving and passing down these traditions to future generations, fostering a sense of unity and joy among attendees. The event encapsulated the essence of the region’s culture, where tradition meets modernity, and families come together to create cherished memories.

Celebrating Dussehra on our office terrace on Monday, October 23rd with delicious customary snacks of Fafada and Jalebi! This festival was a great opportunity to bond with colleagues and enjoy traditional Indian treats.

Diwali Celebration 2023

The following day, on Thursday, November 9th, the office was a tapestry of traditional attire, a beautiful homage to the rich cultural tapestry of Diwali. The day unfolded with energetic games from 2 PM to 3 PM, where camaraderie and competitive spirits intertwined. As the games resonated through the halls, candid moments were captured, immortalizing the joyous occasion.

The day concluded with a delectable spread of snacks, where colleagues gathered to share stories, laughter, and delicious treats. The aroma of festive delights filled the air, creating an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness.

NetWeb’s Diwali celebration was a testament to the spirit of unity, joy, and the beauty of diversity that defines the festival of lights. It was a time when colleagues came together, not just as a team, but as a close-knit family, sharing in the vibrancy of this auspicious festival.

Blood Donation Drive 2023

The aim of the Blood Donation Drive was simple yet profound: to provide a lifeline for those in need and to celebrate the true spirit of humanity. It was an opportunity for individuals from all walks of life to come together and make a significant impact by donating their blood.

The partnership with Ayush Blood Bank added immense value to the event. Their expertise, dedication, and commitment to the cause ensured that the entire process ran smoothly.

Organized in loving memory of our beloved founder, Nitinkumar Shukla on his birthday, this year’s Blood Donation Drive held special significance as we celebrate our 25th Anniversary this year. The generous contributions of blood from participants played a crucial role in saving numerous lives.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to all the participants, team members and helping hands who volunteered to organize and execute the Blood Donation Drive. Everyone’s unwavering commitment and tireless efforts were instrumental in making this event a resounding success.

Inspiring the Future: Helping to bridge the digital divide

Equal education rights for every child, with digital education, is a vital component of their holistic learning journey. There is a very strong need to help children having limited access to such digital education. Schools, especially in rural areas, not having adequate wherewithal for having digital infrastructure seek support to provide such facilities to their students.

As part of our initiatives to be of help and contribute our bit towards making the society better, we gifted computers to a rural primary school in a nearby village. Our day spent with the students was truly gratifying as their smiles and excitement said it all. Their smiles added joy and meaning to our 25th anniversary celebrations.

We will continue to make a difference, one small act at a time, shaping a brighter and better future for all and promoting inclusivity.
