NetWeb Supported and Participated in the largest Tech Fest of Gujarat, FootPrintsXI
Mr. Paresh Rajput (VP Solutions & Services, NetWeb) with other esteemed dignitaries interacted with the young minds present at FootPrintsXI Opening Ceremony held on 24th Feb 2017. The panel spoke on how Technology & Engineering have shaped the face of our economy, and how overwhelming it is to see the way youth is taking it ahead. We had a great time unveiling FootPrintsXI, for the students to begin with the largest TechFest of Gujarat.
FOOTPRINTSXI is the largest Tech-Fest of Gujarat organized by Faculty of Technology & Engineering, MSU, Vadodara.
Workshop for Perfecting Project Management Practices
In the software industry, we see a lot of complexity and disruption in software development practices with delivery performance and quality management. To ease the understanding of the practice, workshop on perfection Project Manager Practices was organized. The workshop focused on the present and the future need of raising the bar to a professional approach towards software engineering. The workshop included role plays and case studies to have a better understanding on the scenarios and how we can adopt to best project management practices.

Effective communication is the need of the hour. Business communication is important in order to have effective conversation with clients & associate. It bridges the gaps that are created through any sort of miscommunication. As an organization, we inculcate this quality in our employees for their self development and growth.
NetWeb Participated in RTC on “Enabling Innovation” organized by BMA
Innovation is on top agenda these days creating utmost importance necessity & importance in all the industry and sector but the real question is how would we “drive innovation at workplace”. Hence, BMA organized Round Table Conference on “Enabling Innvoation”.
NetWeb actively participated in this RTC using creative tool kit while generating various new ideas collectively with other organizations.
NetWeb’s Annual Meet December 2016
NetWeb with its entire family celebrated a joyful & funfilled Annual Day Function in the end of last year. The celebration saw hordes of smiling faces; winning awards & recognition, along with splendid dance performances; melodious rounds of songs from colleagues, a highly energetic group of toddlers dancing and having fun around and of course a DJ for everyone to shake a leg!
NetWeb Cricket League 2016
The Spartans win the NetWeb Cricket League by defeating the Destroyers. The NetWeb Cricket League concluded on 24th December after some great performing matches between the Spartans, Destroyers, Gladiators and the Warriors. The cold winter Saturday was filled with excitement, fun and enjoyed by team NetWeb along with friends and family as the audience to the matches.
Diwali Celebration 2016 with Team Day, Rangoli Making & Traditional Day
Like every year, the celebration at NetWeb Aspire began with Team Day. Team day represents an essence of unity, companionship, belongingness and sense of pride. Rangoli making & Traditional day were also celebrated during Diwali. Diwali known as festivals of lights signifies victory of good over evil, and it is with each Diwali and the lights that illuminate our homes and hearts, that this simple truth finds new reason and hope.
NetWeb exhibited at Gartner Symposium/IT Expo at Gold Coast
NetWeb Exhibited at the world’s most important gathering of CIO’s & Senior IT Executives, Symposium/IT Expo at Gold Coast, Australia held from 24th to 27th Oct. The agenda was to build network, explore opportunities at Australia, and interact with strategist from across the world. The symposium was designed to provide strategies, insights & tools to lead next generation of IT & achieve business outcomes.
NetWeb Carrom Tournament 2016
We believe that having sports and indoor games built a healthy competitive spirit in employees, which inculcates a healthy competitiveness among them. This behavioral attribute brings a positive approach towards work I.e. handling or working with the team or delivering successful projects with challenges, etc. NetWeb’s Sports Committee organized a month long Carrom Tournament, with 102 participants i.e. 51 teams. The Final Match which was held today between Hitesh Lad & Rahul Haldiya VS Kalpesh Thakkar & Keyur Soni. The proud winners were Hitesh Lad & Rahul Haldiya. Best wishes to the winners
