Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Designed and developed a large Customer Relationship Management product for a large software giant.

• Common Business Object Model: This formed the underlying database model, which was designed using complete object-oriented database Jasmine-ii. The Common Business Object Model will enable easy exchange of business objects from and to the CRM application.
• CRM Features: All CRM features including lead management, customer management, call tracking, campaign management etc. were designed and developed.
