Candidate Evaluation Easier & Faster

The Problem

For their recruitments needs, our client used to evaluate each candidate manually, one-by-one. Evaluation of candidates across multiple specializations at the same time was becoming a challenge. The overall process of candidate evaluation, selection and recruitment was very time-consuming. There was a need to help make this process simpler and faster.

Our Solution

Online Test Application (OTA) addressed this problem efficiently by allowing the client to conduct online tests, and review the test results and ratings generated automatically. Custom question banks were setup as per different specializations of the candidate. Category-wise cut-off criteria was configured for the candidate scores.

The online tests were conducted on-site as well as off-site using OTA, within organization intranet setups as well.

Our Results

OTA eased the evaluation process considerably for our client and facilitated faster decisions and minimal turnaround time during recruitments. Conducting evaluation tests at colleges with candidates from different disciplines/specialization became efficient and with minimal efforts.
