Searching for the right file (or the right version) was really cumbersome. Also, files being shared for general discussions couldn’t be protected against unauthorized updates.
Our Solution
Document Management System (DMS) proved an ideal solution that addressed our client’s pains. It secured all the files, and organized these at a central place to fit in as per our client’s requirements. It provided them with the control they were looking for, over the company’s documents and its entire lifecycle – including how and when documents are created, reviewed, utilized, retained and destroyed. Context-sensitive searches ensured that required files could be located faster.
Our Results
DMS has helped reduce significantly the overheads of tracing and managing the company’s files. Content modification alerts have ensured that users are updated real-time of any critical changes. File-based user permissions prevent any unauthorized access/updates. Compressed uploads (bulk files) help the user save time and efforts, against uploading files one-at-a-time.
